What are the conditions for the registration of Dutch companies?

China enterprises, as legal entities, can be registered in the Netherlands in four forms: private limited liability companies, public limited liability companies, cooperatives, branches and representative offices.

1) Conditions for registering a Dutch company

1. Dutch company name: you can register after checking the book, and you don't have to repeat the name.

2. Registered capital of the Dutch company: at least 65,438+08,000 euros (capital verification is not required).

3. Shareholders and directors: There shall be at least one shareholder or director, who may be the same person, and any natural person or corporate company of any nationality may hold the post.

2) Information required to register a Dutch company

Passports and supporting documents of directors and shareholders of the company: credit card statements and water and electricity bills for nearly three months can be provided as proof of address (notarized).

3. Business scope of the company: there are basically no restrictions (except for special industries).
