Four major state-owned non-performing assets disposal companies:

1. China orient asset management corporation (Dongzi, China):

China Dongzi was founded in 1999, and its headquarters is in Shanghai. It is the first state-owned non-performing asset management company established in China. Its main function is to buy and dispose of non-performing assets of commercial banks, thus reducing the burden of non-performing assets of commercial banks and improving the quality of bank assets.
