The difference between spc and spv company

The full name of SPV in Chinese is "special purpose carrier", and it may not be qualified as an independent legal person. Similar to the title, the shell company is called "special purpose company" and the English abbreviation is SPC. In fact, there is a difference between the two. SPV can have no subject, but only a bunch of agreements, such as assets isolated by bank asset securitization, which completely isolate assets from banks through agreements. It is an asset package and has no independent legal personality.
