As a fund investor, if you want to complain about your fund company, if it has a headquarters, you can make suggestions or complaints about the services provided by the business outlets by calling the customer service center at the headquarters of this fund company, or by letter, fax or email. For complaints accepted on working days, in principle, reply on the same day. If you can't reply on the same day, reply within 3 working days. For complaints accepted on non-working days, in principle, we will reply on the first working day after the extension. If we can't reply in time, we will reply within 3 working days.
2. Complain to China Securities Regulatory Commission.
As a fund investor, you can also complain to China Securities Regulatory Commission, Beijing Supervision Bureau and China Asset Management Association by letter, fax and e-mail. Contact information is as follows:

Three, can be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
If all disputes arising from or related to the Fund Contract cannot be settled through negotiation or mediation, the fund investor may submit them to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration, which will conduct arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules in effect at that time.
