1At the end of 1980s, most electrified railways in China were mountainous railways, such as baoji-chengdu railway, chengdu-chongqing railway, Guikun Railway, Shitai Railway and yingtan-Xiamen Railway. These railways not only have many bends, but also have small bends with a radius of 250-350 meters. At that time, domestic electric locomotives were mainly Shaoshan 1 and Shaoshan-3 electric locomotives, all of which adopted Co-Co shaft type, resulting in serious wear of wheel rims and rails. Compared with Co-Co shaft type, Bo-Bo-Bo shaft type has more obvious advantages on lines with small radius and many bends. In order to develop electric locomotives suitable for small radius curve railways in mountainous areas, Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute took the lead in setting up the topic of "Research on the Running Gear of Bo-Bo-Bo Axle Electric Locomotive" in 1989, and theoretically calculated and analyzed the dynamic performance, lateral stability and adhesion weight utilization performance of Bo-Bo Axle Electric Locomotive. On this basis, Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute subsequently reported the development of Bo-Bo-Bo axle electric locomotives to the people of China and the Ministry of Railways, and received strong support. The first Shaoshan 7 electric locomotive was delivered from the factory on February 30th 1992+65438, delivered to Majiaoba Locomotive Depot of Chengdu Railway Bureau from March 1993 to February/994, and put into operation for 200,000 kilometers in Guangyuan-Chengdu section of baoji-chengdu railway. According to the problems found in the operation of the first locomotive, the design was improved by 12, and then the second locomotive was manufactured. 1March, 1994, the second Shaoshan 7 electric locomotive was also put into operation test in Majiaoba locomotive depot with 65438+100000 km.
1994 65438+February, both locomotives have completed the operation assessment. According to the arrangement of the Ministry of Railways, the first locomotive returned to Datong Locomotive Works, and its disintegration inspection proved that the main components were in good condition. The first locomotive was improved according to the design of the second locomotive 12. The second locomotive was transferred to Shanxi Province on March 1995, and the dynamic test was carried out in Daxin-Ningwu section of Beitongpu Railway. After that, it was transferred to Beijing Ring Road of Railway Research Institute for the remaining type test. 1September 1995, Shaoshan 7 electric locomotive officially passed the ministerial technical appraisal, and mass production began in 1996. 1997 won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Railways and the second prize of national scientific and technological progress. The first batch of Shaoshan 7 electric locomotives were attached to Chengdu Locomotive Depot of Chengdu Railway Bureau on September 1996, and put into operation on October 28th 10 in the same year. 199765438+February, Nankun Railway was put into operation, and Shaoshan 7 electric locomotives began to be distributed in large quantities to Kunming Locomotive Depot in kunming railway administration and Nanning Locomotive Depot in Liuzhou Railway Bureau. At the same time, all Shaoshan 7 locomotives originally assigned to Chengdu Locomotive Depot were transferred to Kunming Locomotive Depot.
As of 2007, Datong Electric Locomotive Works has produced 1 13 Shaoshan 7 electric locomotives. Wutai Shaoshan 7 electric locomotive (0080 ~ 0084) is the prototype of Shaoshan 7C fast passenger electric locomotive, which was produced by Datong Locomotive Works in 1998. Although the car body structure of Shaoshan 7 locomotive is still adopted, its motor, electrical equipment, traction performance and car body painting are almost the same as those of Shaoshan 7C locomotive. Construction speed 120 km/h, axle load 22 tons, but there is no locomotive power supply socket. After leaving the factory, these five locomotives, together with the first batch of two Shaoshan 7C electric locomotive prototypes, belong to Xi 'an Locomotive Depot of Zhengzhou Railway Bureau, and were put into operation assessment of Longhai Railway in June1998+1October, serving as passenger traction tasks from Xi 'an to Baoji and from Xi 'an to Zhengzhou. After 200 1 year, Shaoshan 7 and Shaoshan 7C electric locomotives in Xi 'an Locomotive Depot were gradually transferred to Ankang Locomotive Depot and put into use in Xiangpu Railway and Xikang Railway. In addition, in 2006, Shanxi Xiaoliu Railway Company ordered two Shaoshan 7 locomotives, numbered 8 1 12 and 8 1 13, which were delivered in March 2007.
In August, 2007, 24 Shaoshan 7 locomotives were transferred from Kunming Locomotive Depot to Nanning Locomotive Depot, which was centrally deployed by Liuzhou Railway Bureau as a long-distance inter-bureau freight line of Nanning-Kunming Railway. In 2009, all the remaining Shaoshan 7 locomotives in Kunming Locomotive Depot were transferred to Nanning Locomotive Depot. 20 1 1, 5 Shaoshan 7 locomotives were transferred from Xi 'an locomotive depot to Nanning locomotive depot; At this point, Nanning Locomotive Depot has11/Shaoshan 7 locomotives, and Shanxi Xiaoliu Railway has two Shaoshan 7 locomotives.
