3. Construction site: south of Tanchong Road, north of Dengta Road and east of Qinglong Road, Shangpai Town, Feixi County.
4. Acceptance scope: the second phase of the lighthouse resettlement site in Shangpai Town, Feixi County, including 38 residential buildings, 1 3-storey kindergarten, 1 3-storey supermarket, 6 2-3-storey community supporting houses and other supporting public ancillary facilities.
According to relevant national laws and regulations, Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Project Completion (Order [20 17] No.4 of the State Environmental Protection Administration) and other relevant laws and regulations, Technical Specification for Acceptance of Environmental Protection Facilities of Construction Project, environmental impact statement of this project, approval opinions of environmental protection approval department and relevant requirements for self-acceptance of enterprises, etc. The environmental impact assessment system was implemented in the second phase of the lighthouse resettlement site in Shangpai Town, Feixi County, and the environmental protection facilities reached the completion acceptance conditions.
