1, good compression resistance. Rebar is steel, and steel can only be pressed into hot-rolled ribbed bars after a high temperature of several hundred degrees. It is also a familiar hot-rolled ribbed bar, and its processing technology is the same. The only difference is that in the last stage of the process, it was cold-worked for several hours. The compressive capacity of these two steels is above 500 MPa, which is about 15% higher than that of ordinary steel bars.
2, convenient welding. The production technology of rebar in China has been improved. The raw materials used in the new rebar are about 12% less than the original, but the toughness is better. Rebar is hot-pressed at high temperature. In this process, the carbon content is reduced, which reduces the difficulty of secondary welding, and ordinary tools can complete the splicing.
