Situation: This problem is mainly reflected in the test-bed of the assembly plant of the whole machine manufacturer. This abnormal noise is characterized by stable noise frequency, abnormal noise in one direction and no abnormal noise in reverse. By calculating the frequency relationship between low-speed shaft speed and abnormal noise, the specific position of abnormal noise can be determined.
Cause: Collision occurred during assembly. Due to the company's defects in testing quality control, very few gearboxes may have such problems.
Treatment: According to the analysis results, carefully look for the abraded parts of the tooth surface of the relevant gear, and wipe off the oil stain on the tooth surface when looking for it, so as not to affect the hand feel. Concave and convex mainly exist at the top of the tooth and on both sides of the tooth profile.
Second, the transmission oil temperature is too high.
The two outlets of the filter are marked as gear box or cooler respectively. Directly enter the oil separator when the temperature is low, and enter the cooler when the temperature is high. If the tubing is connected backwards, the high-temperature oil will not be cooled by the cooler, which will inevitably lead to high oil temperature. It can be solved by installing tubing according to the correct requirements.
Third, the bearing temperature of high-speed shaft is too high.
Bearing operation must ensure a certain radial clearance. When the gap is too small, it will lead to the suffocation of rollers and raceways, and a lot of heat will lead to the temperature rise. This situation is rare, and the radial clearance at the upper end of the bearing can be detected with a feeler gauge.

When the gear is working, due to the long-term effect of cyclic alternating stress, when the stress peak exceeds the contact fatigue limit of the material, after a certain number of stress cycles, the surface of the gear near the pitch line will first produce subtle fatigue cracks.
With the crack propagation, small pieces of metal will peel off, leading to pitting corrosion on the tooth surface. Pitting is the phenomenon of metal peeling caused by fatigue and crack propagation of metal on contact surface.

The wear of roller and raceway of four-point angular contact bearing will increase the gap between roller and inner raceway, which will cause high-speed shaft cascade.
2. The outer ring of the four-point angular contact bearing rotates
The outer ring of the angular contact bearing is positioned by the pin. When the pin shaft is too short or broken, the outer ring can't be axially fixed and rotates, which makes the bearing outer ring slide and rub with the adjusting pad and the end cover, resulting in end face wear and axial clearance increase, resulting in high-speed shaft series movement.
