An asset appraisal institution may, according to the complexity of the appraisal project, the time requirement, the professional skill level of the appraisers and the service quality of the appraisal work, etc. , within the prescribed fees and charges agreed with the entrusting unit. If it is indeed difficult for an enterprise to entrust an assessment, the assessment agency may reduce the fees through consultation between the two parties.

Legal basis: Article 23 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Assets Appraisal Law, the client shall conclude an entrustment contract with the appraisal institution to stipulate the rights and obligations of both parties. The client shall pay the fees to the evaluation agency in accordance with the contract, and shall not ask for or collect kickbacks in disguise. The client shall be responsible for the authenticity, completeness and legality of the ownership certificate, financial accounting data and other materials provided by him.
