Article 70 A securities company has the obligation to keep customer information confidential.
A securities company has the right to refuse any other unit or individual's inquiry about customer information, except as otherwise provided by laws, administrative regulations or the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Article 71 A securities company shall fulfill its statutory obligation of information disclosure in its business activities, and ensure that its customers make decisions on the basis of full knowledge.
When providing products or services to customers, securities companies shall abide by laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, fully reveal the contents and risks of related products or services, and shall not make false statements to mislead and deceive customers.
Article 72 A securities company shall set up a full-time department or post to be responsible for communicating with customers and handling customer complaints.
Article 73 A securities company shall disclose the audited annual financial report and other information to the public in accordance with regulations, and ensure the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the disclosed information.
A securities company shall disclose the salary management information of directors, supervisors and senior managers, including at least:
(a) the basic system and decision-making procedures of salary management;
(2) Total annual remuneration and its distribution among directors, supervisors and senior managers;
(3) Deferred payment of remuneration and non-cash remuneration.
