In principle, the bankruptcy supervisor of the company does not bear any responsibility, because the company is a legal person and has legal person property rights. However, if a supervisor abuses the independent status of a legal person and causes damage to the company or creditors, he shall be liable. Whether the supervisor should bear legal responsibility after bankruptcy depends on whether the supervisor has committed illegal acts in the bankruptcy liquidation of the company, and if there are illegal acts, he should bear legal responsibility.
