The problem of withdrawing cash from flowers was felt by the owner of a barbecue shop in Chaoyang District, Beijing more than two months ago. He has used Huala system to collect cash for more than four years, and it has always been a "T+ 1" mode, that is, customers can withdraw cash 24 hours after payment.

Previously, as long as 24 hours, cash withdrawal can achieve "seconds to". Regarding the problem of employees being owed wages, the customer service said that they had never heard of the situation, and responded that there was no rumored "capital chain break" in the company.

Due to the cash withdrawal cycle, some catering bosses have given up using the cashier function and charged customers directly instead.

The owner of a small Japanese restaurant chain in Beijing told the Red Star Capital Bureau that when Huala communicated with him a few years ago, he said it would take three days to withdraw the cash, so he gave up using Huala system.

The total annual transaction volume exceeds 700 billion.

Huala official website shows that it belongs to Beijing Duolaidian Information Technology Co., Ltd. At present, Lala has signed more than 400,000 catering merchants, of which chain customers account for 82%. The company has received five rounds of financing. According to the shareholder information of Beijing Duolaidian Information Technology Co., Ltd., the major shareholder is Beijing Gezhipu Technology Co., Ltd., and the second shareholder, Shanghai Han Tao Information Consulting Co., Ltd., is a member of the US Mission. The suspected actual controller is Wang Xing, chairman of Meituan.
