Materials required to ensure the notarization of the contract:
I. Creditors:
A copy of the business license is stamped with the official seal, a copy of the legal representative's ID card is stamped with the official seal, and a copy of the financial license or the business license of the regulatory authority is stamped with the official seal.
Two. Debtor/guarantor:
1. If a natural person is married, the spouses shall bear the same responsibilities (the spouses jointly sign the creditor's rights documents or related documents): the original and photocopy of the ID card, household registration book and marriage certificate of both spouses;
2. If the natural person is unmarried or the spouse does not bear the same responsibility: the original and photocopy of the personal identity card and household registration book;
3. Legal person: copy of business license, original and copy of ID card of legal representative, articles of association of the company, and resolution of competent department (materials shall be stamped with official seal).
Three. Mortgagor/Pledger:
1, natural person:
Married: the original and photocopy of the ID card, household registration book and marriage certificate of both husband and wife.
② Unmarried: original and photocopy of personal ID card and household registration book.
(3) Divorce without remarriage is divided into two situations: (1) Property secured within marriage: ID card, household registration book, divorce certificate, divorce agreement/original and copy of valid legal documents; (2) Mortgaged property obtained after divorce: original and photocopy of ID card, household registration book, divorce certificate/valid legal document;
(4) Widowed without remarriage can be divided into two situations: (1) The secured property is contingent property acquired before * * * widowed: it needs to be inherited first; (2) The secured property is obtained after the death of the spouse: ID card, household registration book, spouse's death certificate, and the original and photocopy of the husband-wife relationship certificate.
2. Legal person: legal person materials under the same debtor;
3. Certificate of ownership of the secured property.
Four. Original documents of creditor's rights: the notary office collects one original for filing, and the other originals are notarized.
5. If a non-natural person or legal representative signs a creditor's rights document or applies for notarization, he shall provide the corresponding power of attorney and the identity certificate of the agent.
