Article 2 The term "micro-loans for tobacco farmers" as mentioned in these Detailed Rules refers to the loans granted by the Bank to reputable tobacco farmers who have signed tobacco planting purchase contracts with tobacco companies, and are used to purchase flue-cured tobacco base fertilizer, plastic film, fuel and other purposes related to tobacco planting when tobacco seedlings are transplanted into fields.
Third small loans for tobacco farmers are issued in the form of farmers' joint guarantee.
Article 4 These Detailed Rules shall apply to all branches of China Postal Savings Bank that are allowed to offer micro-loan business for tobacco farmers.
