Two volumes have been published, which is an addendum to the Collection of Laws and Regulations on Financing Guarantee. The latest collection contains all the laws and regulations on financing guarantee and microfinance from September to April, 2008, with a total of 300 articles, totaling 1 120000 words. It includes not only the latest laws and regulations on financing guarantee issued by major central ministries, the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee, the People's Bank of China, the National Development and Reform Commission and other relevant departments, but also the latest specific local laws and regulations issued by local government agencies, which are more targeted and clear.
