What should I do if my unit collective account leaves?

Legal analysis: collective accounts need to be transferred out after employees resign, and the transfer time can be negotiated with the employer. The general unit will keep the collective account of the resigned employees for no more than one year. Collective accounts, residents who do not have the conditions to open a separate account for the time being, or residents who do not go through the formalities for opening a separate account for the time being, have their household registration relationship linked to the resident accounts on the collective accounts.

Legal basis: People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law.
