Kic2000 furnace temperature tester can only read for 90 seconds. Why?

If I'm not mistaken, you measured wave soldering. KIC wave soldering has no advantage. Many friends say that KIC can only record the temperature of preheating zone, but not the temperature of tin furnace. The reason lies in the setting of KIC, which has a start temperature, an intermediate start temperature and a stop temperature. The problem lies in the latter two settings, but the intermediate starting temperature of wave soldering is not a problem. The problem lies in the IR area of domestic wave soldering, that is, preheating and some thermal compensation areas of tin furnace are not heated. When the instrument reaches this area, the temperature often drops to the stop temperature set by KIC, so KIC will stop recording on its own, so what you see is only 90 seconds later. KIC knows its own problems, but the current KIC series can't solve this problem for the time being. I suggest choosing X6 furnace temperature tester in Weicon, Germany. It will be successful after 100 tests, and the question you asked will never appear. Our Flextronics basically eliminated all KIC and DATAPAQ, and now all of them are switched to the German Weikang furnace temperature tester. One machine can reach 24 KICs, with high testing efficiency, accuracy of 10 times of KIC and reading speed of 20 times of KIC. I hope I can really help you!
