Fujian Strait Bank is a city commercial bank and a local joint-stock commercial bank with independent legal personality. It was established with the approval of the head office of the People's Bank of China. Fujian Strait Bank was established in 1996, formerly known as Fuzhou Commercial Bank, and officially renamed Fujian Strait Bank on February 7, 2009.
