E-commerce has become the core driving force of enterprise development. In the United States, e-commerce and electronic transactions account for 85% of Internet applications. As the product of information technology and the main form of network economy, e-commerce has been accepted and recognized by more and more consumers, businesses, enterprises and government functional departments in China. With the acceleration of global economic integration, e-commerce has a greater and greater impact on social and economic life, and it is becoming more and more popular around the world. In today's network information age, e-commerce is a way of life for enterprises and has become the core driving force for enterprise development. E-commerce has been included in the national strategic development plan. The report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: "Informatization is an inevitable choice for China to accelerate industrialization and modernization." National informatization development strategy, e-commerce is an important part of national economy and social informatization. Developing e-commerce is an important measure to promote industrialization by informationization, change the mode of economic growth, improve the quality and efficiency of the national economy, and take a new road to industrialization, which is of great significance to realizing the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The General Office of the State Council issued "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Development of E-commerce" (No.2 [2005] of Guo Ban Fa), requiring China to comprehensively accelerate the development of e-commerce and promote the application of social commerce. People-oriented e-commerce is the future development direction of e-commerce in China. Talent education and people-oriented are the objective requirements of China's economic development for e-commerce, the development requirements of e-commerce enterprises themselves, the direction of e-commerce model, and the promotion of product strategy and service strategy to experience strategy, or people-oriented e-commerce strategy. According to IDC statistics, if the global e-commerce transaction volume reaches 1 trillion, the demand for e-commerce professionals will increase to 20 million. It is understood that at present, most employees engaged in business activities or international trade in China use electronic network means to varying degrees, but they have basically not received professional training in e-commerce. At present, compound e-commerce professionals are in short supply and have broad career prospects!
