Four most famous beers in Japan

Asahi, Sapporo, Kirin, Suntory.

Asahi, Asahi beer (Asahi beer; Japanese: ァサヒビール Co., Ltd. is a company that brews beer and produces soft drinks. Asahi Beer adheres to the consistent aim of improving beer quality. Every grain of wheat, every drop of water and every flower of wine must meet its own strict raw material standards.

Sapporo and Sapporo Breweries are one of the representative beer producers in Japan. In the ninth year of Meiji (1876), the pioneering spirit of the Japanese government led to the establishment of the Pioneering Spirit Brewery in Sapporo, Hokkaido. The company name came from the "cold-made Sapporo" produced here.

Kirin and Kirin beer inherited the exquisite "squeezing" brewing technology of Japanese Kirin company and maintained the "original flavor" of Japanese beer. At the cost of increasing the cost, only the first wort is extracted for brewing, and the second wort is never mixed. Because there are few astringent components oozing from the malt shell in the first wort, the pressed beer brewed by extracting only the first wort is not as astringent as ordinary beer, and the taste is purer and smoother, which makes people want to drink.

Suntory Co., Ltd. (Japanese: サントリー) is an established enterprise in Japan, which mainly produces/sells beer and soft drinks. The company is headquartered at No.40, Erdingmu 1 Fan, Tangdaobang, Shibei District, Osaka Prefecture. Suntory has always regarded the natural environment as a part of business resources since its establishment, based on the mutual coordination between man and nature, and made unremitting efforts to realize the coexistence of man and nature.

Extended data

Beer is the oldest alcoholic beverage of mankind and the third largest beverage in the world after water and tea.

Beer is made from malt and barley malt as main raw materials, adding hops, liquid gelatinization and saccharification, and then liquid fermentation. It has low alcohol content, carbon dioxide and rich nutrition.

It contains a variety of amino acids, vitamins, low molecular weight sugars, inorganic salts and various enzymes. These nutrients are easily absorbed and utilized by the human body. Low-molecular-weight sugars and amino acids in beer are easily digested and absorbed, which produces a lot of heat energy in the body, so beer is often called "liquid bread".
