2.2.5 Party B must establish and improve the construction quality inspection system. Strictly manage each manufacturing process, and make records of quality inspection and concealed works.
2.2.6 Party B must collect engineering data timely, accurately and completely during the construction process, and the visa procedures are complete. Provide the company with a complete set of engineering data for archiving after completion. Return the quality deposit after the formalities are complete.
2.2.7 For quality problems caused by Party B's construction, Party B must bear all legal and economic responsibilities.

4. Party A must establish and improve the construction quality inspection system, strictly manage the working procedures, reasonably arrange the construction sequence, and provide the working surface for Party B;
5. In view of the construction difficulties of this project, Party A shall prepare a special construction plan and obey the construction, supervision and design.
Plan and approved by the competent department at a higher level, can be used for construction. Before construction, Party A shall make special technical disclosure to Party B according to the special construction plan and perform the signing procedures;
6. Party A shall order Party B to rectify the quality problems found in the engineering quality inspection in time. If the rectification still fails to meet the quality requirements, Party A has the right to order Party B to leave;
7. For projects that need to be concealed, Party A shall check and record the project quality. Before the concealed works are concealed, Party A shall notify the construction unit and the construction project supervision institution for acceptance. After being qualified, Party A may notify Party B to proceed with the construction of the next working procedure.
Article 5. Party B's responsibilities and rights
1. Party B shall establish its own quality management system, and formulate operational work instructions and related systems in combination with the specific conditions of the project;

5.
