Development of Inner Mongolia Huaning Thermal Power Co., Ltd.

The company's 2× 150MW cogeneration project was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in June 2004, with a total investment of nearly1200 million yuan. # 1 unit was put into production on February 22nd, 2006. Unit #2 was connected to the grid on February, 2007 14, with an annual power generation of158 million kWh and central heating of 4 million square meters. Supporting circular economy industrial chain projects include 30,000 tons of reclaimed water recycling project and 2× 5,000 tons/day clinker production line. After the completion of all supporting projects, an environmental protection industrial chain integrating coal, electricity, heat, cement, wastewater, garbage and fly ash treatment will be formed.

On the morning of July 28th, 2065438+0/KLOC-0, Wulanchabu Municipal People's Government, Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company, Jingneng Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jingneng Company) and Inner Mongolia Jinglong Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinglong Company) signed the Quadripartite Agreement on Reorganizing Huaning Thermal Power, and Zhang Fusheng, general manager of the company, presided over the signing ceremony. Lu Dangzhu, deputy general manager of the company, Yan Hongbo, deputy mayor of Wulanchabu, Liu Haixia, deputy general manager of Jingneng Company, and Zhao Xiaojun, chairman of Jinglong Company signed the agreement on behalf of the four parties respectively. In addition, Huaning Thermal Power Reorganization Agreement, Huaning Thermal Power Equity Transfer Agreement, Huali Sewage Equity Transfer Agreement and Asset Replacement Agreement were signed. Liu Jin, Chairman of the Company, Guo Xing, General Manager of Jingneng Company, Yan Hongbo, Vice Mayor of Wulanchabu City, Fan Jinxing, Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Autonomous Region, and Wang Duoyu, Deputy Director of the Electric Power Department of the Economic and Information Commission of the Autonomous Region, delivered speeches respectively. The signing ceremony was attended by members of the company's leading group and heads of relevant departments, and Lu Haijun, Party Secretary and Chairman of Jingneng Company.

Huaning Thermal Power is now affiliated to Beijing Energy Investment (Group) Co., Ltd. The reorganization of Huaning Thermal Power is an important measure for Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company to implement the relevant policies of national power system reform, which will be conducive to promoting the sustainable development of Huaning Thermal Power, ensuring the fast-growing power supply in Wulanchabu City and the heating demand for urban development, and giving play to the resources and investment advantages of Wulanchabu City. It is understood that after the signing of the agreement, all parties will strengthen cooperation and perform their duties in accordance with the rights and obligations stipulated in the agreement, laying a good foundation for cooperation between all parties.
