The company has five wholly-owned subsidiaries, such as wheel branch, special vehicle branch, automobile research joint modification branch, stamping parts branch and transportation economic and trade branch, which can independently develop and sell modified cars and produce trunk assembly, wheel assembly, automobile interior and electrical appliances, automobile stamping parts, plastic parts, filters, rearview mirrors and other products for FAW and other automobile manufacturers. It is a pillar enterprise on the spare parts industry platform of FAW Group.
