According to the law, an enterprise shall not lease, lend or transfer its business license to others to engage in business activities.
Any enterprise that commits the above acts will be punished by the administrative department for industry and commerce according to law, and if the circumstances are serious, its business license will be revoked according to law.
4. Legal basis: Article 2 13 of the Company Law.
Those who engage in serious illegal acts endangering national security and social interests in the name of the company shall have their business licenses revoked.
