In 2007, the company established the Party Committee, Discipline Inspection Commission and Trade Union. There are eight management departments including General Manager's Work Department, Human Resources Department, Planning and Marketing Department, Political Department (Trade Union Office), Finance and Property Department, Supervision and Audit Department, Equipment Management Department, Planning and Development Department and Safety Supervision Department, and two production departments including Power Generation Department and Fuel Department.
