Information to be provided: Before handling the electronic tax payment transaction initiated by the tax collection authority, the deposit bank, the taxpayer and the tax collection authority shall sign a tripartite tax payment agreement, and the taxpayer shall submit the tripartite agreement with the seal of the tax collection authority.
