Before installing the HEPA filter, the ventilation pipe of the air purification system must be cleaned. Generally, before hoisting the air duct, scrub the inner wall with detergent or alcohol, then clean the inside of the air conditioning box, and then install or clean the primary and secondary filters. Then the clean room is thoroughly cleaned and wiped. If there is dust in the air conditioning system, it should be cleaned and wiped again to meet the cleaning requirements. If a high-efficiency filter is installed in the technical mezzanine or ceiling, the technical mezzanine or ceiling should also be thoroughly cleaned and wiped. Unpacking at the installation site for visual inspection, including whether the filter paper, sealant and frame are damaged; Whether the dimension of side length, diagonal and thickness meets the requirements; Whether the frame has burrs and rust spots (metal frame); Whether there is a product certificate and whether the technical performance meets the design requirements. Those that fail to pass the inspection shall be replaced immediately. When installing, the filters should be configured reasonably according to the resistance of each filter. For high-efficiency filters with cleanliness level equal to or higher than 100, the difference between the rated resistance of each filter and the average resistance of each filter should be less than 5% between filters on the same tuyere or air supply surface.
After the clean room and purified air conditioning system meet the requirements of cleanliness, the purified air conditioning system must be put into trial operation. Run continuously for more than 12h, and install the high-efficiency filter immediately after cleaning and wiping the clean room again.
The frame for installing HEPA filter should be flat. The allowable deviation of flatness of each high-efficiency filter mounting frame is not more than 65438 0 mm. The surface of the static pressure box should be sprayed with a high-strength and aging-resistant coating.
When installing HEPA filter, the arrow on the outer frame should be consistent with the air flow direction. When installed vertically, the crease seam of filter paper should be perpendicular to the ground. Gasket is generally used between high efficiency filter and frame, the thickness of gasket should not exceed 8 mm, and the compression ratio is 25% ~ 30%. At present, most filters in China are installed by gasket method. Sponge rubber sheet is generally used as sealing material because it is closed and has good air tightness. If necessary, it is best to apply some glass glue evenly on the sealing strip. When the filter is connected to the static pressure box, the stress around it should be uniform. After 24 hours, the glass glue is dried before the purification system can run.
