In April, 2007, according to the decision of China Chemical Engineering Corporation, the 13th Construction Company of China Chemical Engineering and the 1st Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Chemical Engineering were established by means of main business integration, asset allocation and administrative ownership.
Three enterprises of China Chemical Engineering Heavy Mechanization Company were reorganized, and the name of the reorganized enterprise was China Chemical Engineering Thirteenth Construction Company. In June, 2008, the company was restructured and unveiled, and it was renamed as the 13th Construction Co., Ltd. of China Chemical Engineering, headquartered in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province.
