Hebei Tangyin Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) is a large-scale iron and steel joint venture jointly funded by Tangshan Iron and Steel and Hebei Yinshui Group. The company was formally established on June 8th, 2006, 10, with a designed annual supporting capacity of 2.6 million tons of steel, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan, of which Tangshan Iron and Steel Group invested 5 1% and Yinshui Group invested 49%.
