I graduated from university in 2009 and passed the unified examination of Jiangxi Electric Power Company. The provincial company set up labor dispatch for me, and now I regret it. There are so many senior officials in State Grid that fewer people are recruited every year. The provincial company's reply to our request for regularization is that regularization is basically impossible.
Although the Labor Law stipulates that dispatched employees should receive equal pay for equal work, State Grid Corporation of China, as a state-owned enterprise, has not done so at all. The salary is only about 40% of that of regular employees, and there is no provident fund! Our work is an important first-line production post in power grid. Although the production work is very hard, we can bear hardships and do our work well. But what saddens us most is that the same labor is far from the treatment of regular workers, and there is no career development at all. So I advise you not to go. If it doesn't matter much after going in, it is basically impossible to become a full member.
