Is the rare earth order in China suspended?

China Rare Earth announced in 65438 on February 30, 2022 that it intends to issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors in a non-public manner, and the fixed acquisition needs to be suspended. China Rare Earth Group is a large rare earth enterprise group established by China Aluminum Group Co., Ltd., China Minmetals Group Co., Ltd. and Ganzhou Rare Earth T Group Co., Ltd. in accordance with the principles of marketization and rule of law, and introduced two rare earth technology research and development enterprises, namely China Yan Gang Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Youyan Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd.
