According to the disclosure, the capacity planning of the lithium sulfate solution production line of Tiancheng Lithium Industry can be converted into 654.38+0 million tons of lithium carbonate/year, while Xiecheng Lithium Industry currently has a project with an annual output of 6,000 tons of lithium carbonate and 6,000 tons of lithium hydroxide transferred from Tiancheng Lithium Industry.
It is worth mentioning that Xiecheng Lithium Industry was established on June 26th this year at 65438. The reporter noted that thanks to the high price of lithium salt during the year, Tiancheng Lithium Industry made a profit of nearly 200 million yuan in the first three quarters of this year. At present, the temporary suspension of production of Tiancheng Lithium Industry may make Kanglongda, which holds 5 1%, "lose a lot" in June 5438+February.
In this regard, Kang Longda admits that the suspension of production is expected to have a certain adverse impact on the company's operating performance in the fourth quarter of 2022.

In fact, unlike Anzhong and Kanglongda's "road repair and production suspension", Yongxing New Energy, a subsidiary of Yongxing Materials, has received more attention because of its cooperation with environmental investigation and production suspension.
According to public information, Yongxing New Energy is the main force of Yongxing Materials' lithium-ion new energy business. Statistics show that from June 5438 to September 2022, the company's lithium battery new energy business achieved lithium carbonate sales of 1.38 million tons and net profit of 4.032 billion yuan. It is worth mentioning that the third quarterly report of Yongxing Materials shows that the net profit in the first three quarters of this year was 4.2765438 billion yuan. Yongxing materials temporarily stopped production due to environmental investigation, which also attracted the attention of the regulatory authorities at the first time. In view of the fact that Yongxing Materials did not disclose the relevant details, Shenzhen Stock Exchange asked the company to further explain the time when it received the notice of temporary suspension of production to cooperate with the investigation, whether there was any untimely letter, whether there were any undisclosed matters punished by the environmental protection department or other undisclosed matters that should be disclosed.
Regarding the concerns of the regulatory authorities, Yongxing Materials recently announced on the evening of February 2, 65438 that it had organized relevant departments to implement them one by one and applied to the exchange for an extension to complete the reply before February 9, 65438.
