Shanghai Lai Shi Blood Products Co., Ltd. originated from Shanghai Lai Shi Blood Products Co., Ltd., and was established by American Rare Antibody and Antigen Supply Company and Shanghai Blood Center Blood Products Transfusion Equipment Management Company in June 1988. This is the first Sino-foreign joint venture in China to produce blood products.
