Shenzhen Zhonghai Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Overseas Investment Group Co., Ltd., won the 27-year franchise for 4.503 billion yuan.
The Second Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge is a national key construction project in the Ninth Five-Year Plan, which was completed and opened to traffic in March, 20001. It is located at the downstream of Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge 1 1 km, with a total length of 2 1.3 km. It consists of two bridges, namely, the south branch and the north branch, the Bagua Island connecting line and the north and south leads. The Second Bridge Company is registered in 1999 with a registered capital of 600 million yuan, and Nanjing Communications Construction Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. holds 100%.
