In view of the situation that large-scale activities, crowded places and dangerous chemicals units are prone to serious accidents, the examination and approval system for large-scale activities, the safety inspection system for large-scale temporary structures, the safety responsibility system for each post in activities, the safety guarantee system when people are crowded, and the rapid handling and emergency rescue system for sudden safety incidents are strictly implemented. Be foolproof and prevent major accidents such as crowded people trampling and the collapse of large temporary structures. Strengthen the supervision of units and gas filling stations that produce and use dangerous chemicals in this area, and build fortifications at different levels to eliminate all kinds of unsafe hidden dangers and nip accidents in the bud.
