Handling of loans, real estate mortgages and other warrants

If both parties to the mortgage are not present in person, they need to apply for entrustment notarization.

Procedures for handling mortgage warrants:

Where the application for registration of real estate mortgage with exclusive parcels is made, the applicant shall be both parties to the mortgage contract.

To apply for real estate mortgage registration, the following conditions must be met:

1, application;

2, the applicant's identity certificate (check the original and copy);

3. Property ownership certificate, land use certificate or real estate license (original temporary storage);

4. The main contract of mortgage guarantee;

5. Mortgage contract.

(3) Time limit for handling affairs

Complete the review within 7 working days from the date of accepting the application for real estate mortgage registration.

(4) Tax and fee standards

1, registration fee

Houses, the obligee shall pay by 80 yuan for each house.

For non-housing, both parties shall pay 0.5‰ of the mortgage amount.

2. Production cost

If the certificate of real estate ownership is issued, the certificate fee will be exempted; When the Property Agency Ownership Certificate (* * *) is issued to more than one obligee, the certificate fee is 10 yuan for each additional certificate.
