The employer is declared bankrupt according to law; If the employer's business license is revoked, it is ordered to close down or cancel, or the employer decides to dissolve ahead of schedule, the employer shall pay economic compensation to the workers. Its standard is economic compensation, which is paid to the workers according to the number of years they have worked in this unit and the standard of paying one month's salary every full year.

Apply for labor arbitration, or report the situation to the labor inspection and request coordination.

Legal basis: Article 47 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that economic compensation shall be paid to the workers according to the standard of one month's salary for each year of working in this unit. For more than six months but less than one year, it shall be counted as one year; If it is less than six months, economic compensation of half a month's salary shall be paid to the workers.
