1. Paper channel: You should return the reconciliation receipt stamped with the reserved seal of the main account of the customer agreement or the official seal of the company or the special financial seal to our bank within ten working days from the date of receiving the statement. The specific feedback methods of paper receipts include: mailing, sending to outsourcing companies, and putting them into special boxes for collecting bank statements at business outlets. For the balance statement of inter-provincial agreement, the receipt of the statement needs to be returned to the institution corresponding to the signing province.
2. Online banking channel: You can reply your reconciliation results through online banking channel within 10 days from the date of receiving the statement.
3. Electronic receipt box channels (Sichuan, Shaanxi, Shandong, Henan, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jiangxi, Ningbo, Jiangsu and Suzhou branches): You can reply your reconciliation results through the pre-reconciliation interface of the electronic receipt box within 10 days after receiving the statement.
4. E-mail channel (Shenzhen Branch): within 10 days from the date of receipt of the statement, you can print it yourself and put it into the special box for the recovery of the statement of business outlets.
