Trust practitioners shall obtain the qualification of trust practice. There are three ways for trust practitioners to obtain trust qualification:

The first type: you can pass the unified qualification examination for trust practitioners and pass the examination;

The second type: obtaining other qualification certificates recognized by the CBRC; In addition, other methods approved by the CBRC. The CBRC will authorize other institutions (hereinafter referred to as "authorized institutions") to be responsible for the organization of qualification examinations for trust practitioners, the management of qualification certificates for trust practitioners and the training of trust practitioners.

The third type: for the trust manager, the exposure draft stipulates that "the trust company shall designate at least one trust manager for each trust project." For the qualifications of trust managers, the CBRC has set three "thresholds": having a bachelor's degree or above and obtaining a trust practice certificate; It has good professional ethics, and has not been subjected to criminal punishment or administrative punishment by the CBRC and other financial regulatory agencies in the last five years, and has not been banned from the market by the CBRC and other financial regulatory agencies, or the ban period has expired; With more than three years of trust experience or more than five years of experience in financial related fields, with the knowledge and skills of overall planning, coordination and management of specific trust projects.
