Brief introduction of Guangdong Guangye Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Guangdong Guangye Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangye Company) was established in 2000. It is a wholly state-owned enterprise approved by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, and operates and manages state-owned assets within the scope authorized by the provincial government. It is a comprehensive provincial-level large-scale industrial enterprise with the industrial sector as the main body and integrating product management, industrial management and capital management. Now it is supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangdong Provincial People's Government.
