How to understand the source of factoring funds, short-term, medium-term and long-term foreign debts

The working capital of commercial factoring companies includes indirect financing such as registered capital and bank loans, direct financing such as issuing bonds, borrowing short-term foreign debts and medium-and long-term foreign debts. In order to prevent risks and ensure operational safety, the risk assets of a commercial factoring company shall not exceed 10 times of the company's net assets.
