China People's Insurance Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China PICC P&C Insurance Company") was established by China People's Insurance Group Co., Ltd. in July 2003 with the consent of the State Council and the approval of China Insurance Regulatory Commission. At present, it is the largest non-life insurance company in China with a registered capital of11.800 million yuan. Its predecessor was China People's Insurance Company, which was approved by the People's Bank of China and reported to the State Council Finance and Economics Committee on120.
With its comprehensive strength, China PICC P&C has successively become the insurance partner of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo 20 10, providing comprehensive insurance services for Beijing Olympic Games and Shanghai World Expo.
