1. Shareholders meet the quorum;
2. The amount of capital contribution subscribed by all shareholders in accordance with the Articles of Association;
3. Shareholders * * * jointly formulate the Articles of Association;
4. Having a company name and establishing an organization meeting the requirements of a limited liability company;
5. Have a company residence.
Requirements for registered company personnel:
1. If the company applicant has previously registered a company and is a legal person of the previous company, and chooses to prevent negligence as an exception without canceling the company, such people may not apply for new company registration within three years after the company is cancelled.
2. National civil servants are not allowed to register companies.
3. Judges and prosecutors shall not engage in profit-making activities.
4. The registrant should be at least 18 years old.
5. People who have a large number of personal debts and have not been paid off due.
6. Other circumstances in which it is forbidden to act as legal representative as stipulated by laws and the State Council.
