2. A copy of the articles of association of the head office. (Official Seal of Head Office)

3. A copy of the corporate business license of the head office. (Official Seal of Head Office)

4. Copy of the organization code certificate of the head office. (Official Seal of Head Office)

5. Copy of the national tax registration certificate of the head office. (Official Seal of Head Office)

6. Copy of the capital verification report of the Head Office. (Official Seal of Head Office)

7. Resolution of the shareholders' meeting of the head office on the establishment of a branch. (affixed with the official seal of the Head Office and the private seal of shareholders)

8. Original ID card and photo of the person in charge of the branch.

9. Appointment documents of the person in charge of the branch. (Official Seal of Head Office)

10. A copy of the house lease contract and property ownership certificate of the office address of the branch.

Legal basis: Article 174th of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). When a company is merged, the creditor's rights and debts of the merging parties shall be inherited by the surviving company or the newly established company after the merger.
