1. By the end of June 20 12, the company had a total share capital of 3.504 billion shares, total assets of1965438+600 million yuan and more than 5,700 employees. Since its listing, Guanghui Energy has established an industrial development pattern with the energy industry as the management center, relying on the abundant oil, natural gas and coal resources in Xinjiang and Central Asia, and strengthened resource acquisition and resource transformation. At present, LNG, coal chemical industry and petroleum are the core products, supported by energy logistics, and three business sectors, namely natural gas liquefaction, coal chemical industry and oil and gas exploration and development, have been formed. It has an oil and gas field (Zhaisan oil and gas block in Kazakhstan), two raw coal and coal-based fuel bases (Naomaohu and Fuyun in Xinjiang) and three LNG plants (Shanshan LNG, Naomaohu LNG and Jimunai LNG in Xinjiang).
2. Guanghui Energy has developed into the largest onshore LNG supplier in China and the only private enterprise with coal, oil and gas resources in China. Guanghui Energy ensures the effective docking of energy production capacity, resources and market, accelerates the planning and construction of the middle-stream logistics channel of energy products that runs through the east and west, and continuously improves the market supply and service capabilities of the company's energy products. In 20 10, 479.88km of Naoliu Highway was completed, which is the first special highway line of "transporting Xinjiang coal to the east" put into operation in Xinjiang. It is planned to build a 625-kilometer-long development-oriented freight "Hongnaosan" railway, focusing on coal transportation and taking into account local resources such as coal chemical products. The first phase of Hongliuhe-Naomaohu 428.2 1KM "Hongnaorailway" is expected to be completed by the end of 20 13.

Guanghui Energy has opened up inland and coastal markets, built energy logistics transit bases in Gansu, Ningxia, Jiangsu, Central Plains, Southwest China and other regions, and formed a relatively complete energy logistics channel in the middle reaches and a production, supply and sales system of "transporting Xinjiang coal to the east" to ensure the stable, orderly and balanced production of Guanghui energy products, maximize the efficiency and benefit between resources and production capacity, and promote the sustainable development of Guanghui Energy. Guanghui Energy undertakes the "National 863 Plan Medium and Heavy LNG Transport Vehicle Development Project", speeds up the construction of LNG, L-CNG filling stations and supporting service systems, and uses the advantages of scientific and technological innovation to promote the use of LNG environmentally-friendly fuel produced by the company on medium and heavy trucks, thus forming the industrialization promotion path of LNG-fueled medium and heavy vehicles, which plays an important role in the development of China's clean energy automobile industry and regional energy conservation and emission reduction.
