Yintan Yellow River Bridge in Lanzhou is the first modern cable-stayed suspension bridge in the upper reaches of the Yellow River. It was completed on 1997.3. 15 and officially opened to traffic on 200 1.8. 18. Yintan Bridge spans the north and south banks of the Yellow River, from Anning South to Matan Village in Qilihe District, with a main investment of10.80 billion. It is a cable-stayed bridge with single cable plane and double sides completely designed by our country, which represents the highest level of bridge construction today. It was also designed by the First Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways and constructed by the Second Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways in areas with high earthquake intensity. The main girder of this bridge is designed as the most advanced and novel floating system. The total length is1397m, and the approach bridges at both ends are about 500m each. The bridge deck is 25.5 meters wide, designed with four lanes and a speed of 60 kilometers per hour, which meets the first-class standard of urban main roads and is the highest level of bridge design in China at present. The bridge adopts single tower cable-stayed structure, the tower is 79 meters high, equipped with *** 124 stay cables, the cable length is 32~ 140 meters, the main bridge piles are H-shaped, and 30 pairs of steel wires are cable-stayed on the main bridge piles on both sides of the main bridge piles to form an isosceles triangle. Triangle has stability, and designers may use this principle to design. There are 16 approach bridges on both sides of the main pier. The most advanced and novel bridge floating structure is adopted in the design. At the same time, a series of engineering measures, such as setting high damping rubber bearings and slow bonding technology pioneered in China, have effectively solved the technical problem of strong earthquake resistance and greatly improved the construction quality. The completion of Yintan Yellow River Bridge not only makes the "forbidden zone" less in the field of bridge construction in China, but also marks a new level of bridge construction in Gansu Province and even the whole western region. Yintan Bridge, the first large cable-stayed bridge, is located at the "S" bend of the Yellow River, with a flat terrain and a large area of beaches and wasteland around it. Because the surrounding area is basically a deserted beach at present, the Yintan Bridge is like a silver dragon crouching on the ground against the background of an empty field. At night, the colored lights on the diagonal rods on the bridge are put together, and the Yintan Bridge is as beautiful as a colorful fan hanging in the night sky.
