NovAtel also provides single-frequency board and dual-frequency GPS+Galileo dual-system receiver. Galileo system of EU and GLONASS system of Russia are the supplements of American GPS system. These three systems are called Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). This is very important for users, because tracking more satellites at the same time can increase the reliability and availability of positioning and navigation solutions, especially when some satellite signals are blocked. In addition to OEM card production line, NovAtel is also committed to developing and supporting the construction of satellite-based augmentation system (SBAS) GPS navigation receivers, including WAAS in the United States, EGNOS in Europe, MSAS in Japan, SNAS in China and recently Gagan system in India. This composite receiver adopts NovAtel narrow correlation technology, MEDLL multipath cancellation technology and signal quality monitoring technology. At the same time, it can also receive and process WAASL 1/L5GEO and GPSL 1/L2/L5 signals. NovAtel introduced its new generation WAAS receiver-WAAS reference receiver G-II, which has excellent signal tracking performance, advanced integrity monitoring performance and improved anti-multipath performance. At the same time, a new GUS receiver and signal generator are developed for SBAS system. In addition, NovAtel also undertook part of the development of Galileo system of ESA, including the design of L 1/E5a receiver prototype.
