I borrowed money from the guarantee company, and now I can't repay it according to the contract. The guarantee company will detain people and call the police. It's no use if the police go.

If I don't pay you back, I'm afraid no one can do it. But if we look at the following two aspects, maybe one thing can be clarified:

1, the other party should be able to ask the police for help, but the same thing is the same thing. You can claim for the loss caused by beating people, but you still have to pay back the money if you are in debt.

2. If the other party's interest is too high, you only need to make it clear that the repayment claim within 4 times of the bank loan interest rate in the same period is legal and effective. Because some local guarantee companies operate illegally, if so, you can ask the court to confirm that the part of its creditor's rights beyond the legal limit is invalid, but you still need to bear the principal and reasonable interest.
