3. Each 80 yuan for newly purchased ordinary cards (excluding ordinary cards with bus season ticket function) (including deposit 30 yuan and recharge amount 50 yuan). Commemorative cards and personalized cards are sold at the price stipulated by Xiamen Yitong Card Operation Co., Ltd., and the shelf life is one year (calculated from the date of issue, and the date of issue is printed on the card surface).
4. The "e-pass card" can be recharged repeatedly, and the recharge amount is an integer multiple of that of 50 yuan (except for ordinary cards with the function of bus season tickets). The maximum recharge limit of this card is 500 yuan. Cardholders are advised to recharge as needed.
5. When you pay the "e-pass card", you only need to put the card near the charge sensing area of the POS machine (within 10 cm), and the payable amount will be deducted from the card automatically and accurately.
6. If the balance of the "e-pass card" is not enough to pay the transportation fee once when taking the bus, the cardholder can overdraw once before recharging (referring to the card with deposit), and deduct the overdraft amount before recharging or returning the card. However, if the balance in the card is zero or negative, it cannot be overdrawn.
7. If the "ePass Card" has not been used for more than 2 years since the last recharge, you need to go to the designated place of the "ePass Card" for renewal (free of charge) when you use it again.
8. Replace the fault card.
(1) If the ePass card fails, the cardholder can go to the acceptance point designated by the ePass card company for testing.
(2) Ordinary cards, commemorative cards within the warranty period and personalization are free of charge for the quality problems of the cards themselves. If the ordinary card is damaged and replaced due to improper personal use and other man-made reasons, the cardholder shall pay the 20 yuan/card replacement fee. In order to check the balance in the failed card, Yitong Card Company injected the balance in the original card into the new card within 7 working days.
(3) If the commemorative card or personalized card is damaged or exceeds the shelf life due to human reasons, the cardholder can inject the balance in the original card into the new card in equal amount after purchasing the new card.
9, ordinary card back card:
(1) Ordinary cards with complete card surface, intact card body and good performance that have been purchased for more than one year can be returned with the purchase deposit certificate. If the card cannot be used, the card surface is painted, pasted or damaged, and the card body is cracked, layered, bent or perforated, the deposit will not be refunded.
(2) Handling the balance in the card. When the cardholder returns the card, if the balance in the card is higher than 10 yuan (including 10 yuan), it will be returned after deducting the balance compensation fee of 10%; If the balance is less than 10 yuan, the balance compensation fee will not be deducted.
(3) Before returning the balance and deposit in the card, the overdraft, balance compensation fee and card defacement fee (defacement fee 5 yuan/card) must be deducted.
(4) If the balance in the card is less than 10 yuan, the refundable amount will be refunded on the spot; If the balance in the card exceeds 65,438+00 yuan (including 65,438+00 yuan), the amount to be refunded will be refunded after 65,438+00 working days, so as to check the funds in the card.
(5) commemorative cards and personalized cards are not refundable.
10. Cardholders can check the latest 9 transaction records of the card at the "e-Card" enquiry point for free. Inquiries about more than 9 transactions must be handled at the designated place of the "e-pass card" within 30 days after the transaction.
11.ePass card sales recharge points: all outlets of Xiamen Commercial Bank, some outlets of Xiamen Post Office and some outlets marked with "ePass card sales recharge points" in Xiamen Special Transport Haicang Bus, Special Transport Tongan Bus and Xiamen Special Transport Station.

15. For all kinds of exclusive cards with the function of "ePass card" issued by units other than ePass card company, the function of "ePass card" can be used within the extended scope of the micropayment system of "ePass card", and its issuance management and service shall be implemented in accordance with the corresponding regulations on the management of exclusive cards.
