In 2009, Xiongxian government cooperated with China Petrochemical Company to create a "Xiongxian Model" for geothermal resources development with "government-enterprise cooperation, market operation, unified development, advanced technology, environmental protection and benefiting the people", which successfully created the first "smoke-free city" for geothermal heating in China and helped Xiongxian to embark on a new road of sustainable development.
Today, xiong'an new area, where Xiongxian County is located, which attracts worldwide attention, is in an advanced development stage. According to reports, in the future, xiong'an new area's terminal energy consumption will all be clean energy, of which geothermal energy will account for 1/3.
Create an upgraded geothermal smoke-free city from Xiongxian to An Xiong;
Because of the similar taste and demand for energy, the energy efficiency ratio (COP) of geothermal heating is about 20. Therefore, the Xiongxian model of geothermal development has become the highlight of the development of geothermal industry in China in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan and the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan, and has been recognized by the National Energy Administration, the former Ministry of Land and Resources and other ministries, local governments and industries. Practice has proved that it can be widely used for reference and promoted to lead and promote the rapid development of geothermal industry in China.
Around the construction of smart heat field, Sinopec Xinxing Geothermal Company built the first "heating and cooling dual system" heat exchange station in Xiong 'an-Rongcheng Chengnan Administrative Center heat exchange station; Xiong 'an has built an automatic collection and monitoring system for dynamic data of geothermal wells, which has realized automatic collection and monitoring, unattended operation and automatic adjustment of geothermal development.
Up to now, the company has built a heating capacity of100000 square meters in Xiongxian and Rongcheng, xiong'an new area, with a heating area of more than 7 million square meters, providing high-quality and clean heating services for more than 70000 households. It can replace standard coal10.6 million tons every year, reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 400,000 tons, equivalent to planting 3.6 million trees, and basically realize full coverage of geothermal central heating in Xiongxian and Rongcheng urban areas.
